For family fun make 1840s Carrollton Inn your destination

Baltimore boasts home to so many attractions that there is simply not enough time to do it all in one day. 1840s Carrollton Inn, with free on-site parking, places our guests within walking distance of so much to do. Bring the family! Additional beds and sitting rooms in our suites give parents some extra elbow room. Family fun starts here.

Things to do:

Day#1: Begin your walking tour at Port Discovery. So much to climb, so little time. Let your children get their bounces out before lunch at Harbor Place. For some adult time, check out Power Plant Live to indulge in authentic Baltimore music and libations.

Day #2: Fascinate your children with a pit stop at Ripley’s Believe it or Not. Still have some energy? Ride the paddle boats to enjoy the serenity of the Inner Harbor. Take a walk back into history aboard the USS Constellation. Shake it up a bit with an Urban Pirate adventure. Ahoy mateys!

Day#3: Save a whole day for Baltimore’s #1 tourist attraction: The National Aquarium. Rain or shine the tropical rain forest is fine for children of all ages, and grown ups too.

Day#4: Don’t forget the museums! Dazzle and delight in the esoteric at the one of a kind American Visionary Art Museum, Other  nearby historical landmarks include Federal Hill and Fort McHenry. Tie it together with a stop at The Star Spangled Flag House to see where the Pickersgill family and Grace Wisher hand sewn the American Flag that inspired our National Anthem. If you prefer not to walk, the Charm City Circulator bus stops at the corner of Lombard Street and Albemarle Street to chauffeur our guests around, a free service provided by the city.

The 1840s Carrollton Inn is conveniently located in the heart of all these wonderful things to do to make your family vacation safe, memorable, relaxing and FUN.
