    Payment & Deposit Policy

    A reservation fee in the amount of one night’s stay is required to confirm your reservation and applies towards the total balance due. The remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. Please be advised that the reservation name, name on the credit card & photo ID must all match exactly.

    Cancellation Policy

    Full refund less $20 cancellation fee for cancellations more than 7 days in advance. Cancellations 7 days or less in advance, no refund will be issued.

    When using a gift certificate for reservations, the same cancellation policy is in effect.

    All packages are charged at time of reservation and are non-refundable and non-transferable for the time reserved.

    If you booked your stay using a third party booking agency including, but not limited to Booking.com, Expedia, Travelocity, Hotels.com, you must contact that agency in order to inquire about a cancellation. Different terms and conditions will apply when your stay is booked by a third party agency.
