Just five blocks from the Convention Center and four blocks from the Inner Harbor, 1840s Plaza allows for an elegant setting and convenient location with easy access to Baltimore-based corporation headquarters, hospitals, colleges and universities.

For groups of 15 or fewer, gather in the 1840s Carrollton Inn conference room for a daytime meeting. Enjoy a coffee or lunch break in the private courtyard gardens. For larger conferences and seminars with up to 350 attendees, the Fava Building offers three different spaces to choose from.

Additional Information:

Coffee & Tea service: $4.50 per person before tax and gratuity

Continental Breakfast (Coffee, Tea, Pastries, Bagels and Cream Cheese, Fruit, and Orange Juice) served from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.: $9.50 per person before tax and gratuity

Buffet Style Breakfast: $20 per person before tax and gratuity (Maximum of 30 people)

18 on-site street parking: $200 at least two weeks in advance

Reservations

Meeting space held by a full deposit payment that can be made by cash, check, or credit card. When canceling an event three months or more prior to the event date a 50% refund will be issues. If canceled less then three months in advance from the event date, no refund will be issued. Payments can not be transferred to different dates.
