1840s Plaza has two red brick garden courtyards that connect both the 1840s Carrollton Inn and the Fava Building event venue. The promenade is lined with boxwood hedges and blossoming flowers in the gardens that accentuate the beauty and history of the property. The cobblestone entrance from South Front Street and the charming wrought-iron gatehouse provide a picturesque atmosphere and welcome guests to our hidden gem in Baltimore. Complete with outdoor furniture, bistro lighting, and power hook-up, the courtyards can be set up for ceremonies and cocktail hours.
