  • One indoor level (Ballroom, City Lites, or Cabaret)
  • Four hours of event time
  • Three hours of set-up
  • One hour of break-down

  • 60 inch round tables and chivari chairs (amount depends upon floor reserved)
  • 1840s Plaza Event Specialists for the duration of event
  • Two security guards
  • One hour rehearsal
  • Day of Ceremony Coordination

Reservations: Dates for the Venue Rental will be held by a $1,500 non-transferable deposit by cash or check. Remaining balance is due three months prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy: If canceled more than six months prior to event date, a 50% refund of the required deposit will be issued. No refund if cancelled less than six months prior to event date.

Valet Parking: Included for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evening events. Must have a minimum of 30 cars. Excluded for midweek, winter, holiday rates, proms or formals. If guest count exceeds the maximum seated guests, additional fees will apply.

  • Romantic three-course dinner for two at Da Mimmo, La Tavola, or La Scala in Little Italy
  • One night stay complete with romantic votive candles and rose petals scattered throughout the room, a dozen long-stemmed roses and display of gourmet chocolates!

Monday-Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Evening and weekend hours also available. Call for details and availability.

Caterer: A caterer may be chosen from our approved list. Click here for List of Caterers. Exceptions may be made with management approval. Caterers must provide proof of license and insurance. An additional kitchen fee will be charged for caterers not on the approved list.
